Magniwork

Dog agility training is a fascinating area of dog training which requires your dog to have the highest degree of obedience magniwork. As the dogs are off leash the handler only uses voice control and body language which is why dogs need to be so obedient magniwork. Dogs need accuracy and speed and are very important in competition agility magniwork. This kind of competition is now very popular around the world and is great fun for both the dog and the handler magniwork.

The history of dog agility magniwork.

The history of dog agility training goes back to the late 1970's in the United Kingdom magniwork. It has now spread very quickly around the world, with major competitions held worldwide magniwork. The first documented appearance of dog agility was at Crufts dog show in 1978 magniwork. It is based on the equestrian world to demonstrate dogs' natural agility and speed magniwork. At the 1978 Crufts, the demonstration really intrigued dog owners because of its challenge and speed and of the dexterity showed by the dogs magniwork. After this show people wanted to see more and it has grown from strength to strength since then magniwork.

Dog agility equipment magniwork.

Agility equipment includes various numerous obstacles such as jumps, seesaws, tunnels, A frames, and weave poles magniwork. Weave poles are the hardest discipline in dog agility training for dogs to learn magniwork. When competing the dogs must follow a certain path through the obstacles, complete them and even have places where the dogs must touch called yellow zones in order to qualify for the obstacle and competition magniwork.

The obstacles magniwork.

The Pipe Tunnel: The tunnel is very narrow at the beginning starting with a small hole and gradually opens up where the end is an open tube magniwork. Dogs can be very scared of this obstacle so training them with something similar is important magniwork. You can buy tunnels like the one they use at dog agility competitions and squeeze it almost closed at one end to create the small hole and gradually allow it to widen as it gets to the end magniwork. When training your dog in the tunnel you can help by assuring your dog to go through and calling him from the other end magniwork.

The Seesaw: This is a lot like the one you played on as a child but has no handles and has yellow zones on each end magniwork. The yellow is there so the dogs must climb up the seesaw from the beginning, make it tip, and then walk to the bottom magniwork. When training your dog you can help them by having them walk the seesaw up and down and not letting them get off until they have completed the obstacle magniwork.

The A Frame: The A frame is a simple obstacle that makes your dog walk up the wood and then back down without jumping off of the sides magniwork. This obstacle also has yellow zones at the bottom ends magniwork. In dog agility training this would be an easier one to practice at home, because you just need to create an A frame for your dog to walk up and down on magniwork.

The double Jump: As most dogs love jumping they will love this one magniwork. In the competitions there are single and double jumps magniwork. The poles are set at different heights and the dogs must jump over them without touching them or knocking the poles off magniwork. Setting something up at home to train your dog won't be difficult magniwork.

The Weave poles: Poles are set in the ground at specific intervals and the dog must run side to side through the poles magniwork. There are normally 6 to 12 poles in dog agility competitions and is normally the most difficult in the competition magniwork.

The Dogwalk: This is just like a balance beam used in gymnastics but with ramps on both ends magniwork.
